The ultimate soft hackle fly material. These are high quality partridge skins with great feathers for your favorite and traditional soft hackle fly tying or for legs on your nymph flies. The Perdix gives you the option to buy a male or female skin.  The male skins will generally have a more grey color to them, as the females have more brown colored hackle.  These skins have all the bones and flesh removed in the wings minus two very small bones.  They have been skinned and prepped with great care to preserve the whole entire skin, and produce the highest amount and quality of usable feathers to tie with.  These birds were sourced and skinned in Idaho.
